What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. We also accept direct deposit or cheque/money order if you would prefer.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Why a painted canvas print?

Having your image painted on canvas allows you to display pictures of your loved ones, holidays, or pets for everyone to admire.

What sort of canvas and inks do you use?

Printed on 100% cotton canvas, with museum quality, fade resistant inks, your painting is guaranteed to last. A spray laminate coating is also applied to provide protection against dust, moisture, mould and abrasion.

How long will my canvas print last?

Canvas prints will last 75+ years. This is much longer than traditional photos that are framed and hung on the wall.

What is a ‘gallery wrapped’ canvas?

A gallery wrapped canvas is a canvas that doesn’t have any visible staples or nails holding the fabric to the wooden stretcher. Usually the edges are painted and the painting hung unframed. All our prices include gallery wrapping.

What if I want to have my painting framed traditionally?

If you would prefer to frame your painting please enquire about pricing to have your canvas supplied unstretched.

How long will my painting take?

All paintings will commence on receipt of suitable photos. Please allow 14 days for completion to on-line proof stage. Once the on-line proof has been approved please allow 7 days for printing and delivery. All paintings are dispatched via Australia Post.
